Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Lakefront get away, Golf, Swim, Hike, Fish

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

Terryland Retreat - Downtown Hot Springs!

Have fun with the whole family at this large recently remodeled home close to historic downtown Hot Springs! This one level home is located in the Uptown area and is close to all Hot Springs National Park attractions. In addition to the updated interior, guests enjoy outdoor living areas which include a large private backyard with an outdoor dining area, charcoal grill and gas fire pit.
