We offer a 4-room guest apartment of 65 m2 on the first floor of an old house with individual access by external staircase. Even if the rental is only for one room, the entire apartment is exclusively reserved for this rental.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
