Svaka kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe i može smestiti po 5 osoba - sa grejanjem, hlađenjem, Wi - Fi, Netflix, kafe aparat, mašina za sudove.... Na istom placu postoji i kuća koja je Spa centar - izdaje se po satu i dodatno naplaćuje. Ceo plac je ograđen ( pet friendly), a naziv potiče od velike lipe ispod koje su klupe i roštilj.
