It is a small wooden house built in a beautiful place, where the phytoncide come out of the mountain and the stars pour in the night sky, are used by my family as a second house. You don't have to worry about contacting other people as you use the entire house and garden by yourself. We prioritize cleanliness. All used items are collected and cleaned. Pets are not allowed and if caught, you will be removed without refund. Our house is using stored electric hot water. When you two take a shower in a row, the hot water comes out well, but it's hard for the three people in a row. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to heat up the hot water. It is an unmanned system that has a different feeling of scenery in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and allows you to take enough rest. You can use a hammock in spring and autumn because we install seasonal items. In summer, you can use the swimming pool (July 15 - August 15) and camping chairs. In-room bedding is provided according to the number of people entering the room for 2 people.

Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. How about taking a break from the busy daily routine and looking at a little further and higher place? It would also be ideal to listen to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m size, not available from October to June) and awaken new senses. Most of the space is handmade by the father and son, and is full of affection. There are three rooms in total, including one without a door, and two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

'Special House Somethin' is a luxurious and legal sentimental house. Recognized as an Airbnb Superhost since 2021, the host, an engineer from a broadcasting station, provides meticulously prepared facilities and services. House is a 3-story building, with the host's family residing on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while the entire 1st floor and courtyard are available for guests. 1st floor have bedroom with a traditional Korean vibe, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a studio, and a sunroom.
