The water park is 10-15 minutes on foot, the balneo sanctuary is 15 minutes on foot , the market is 15-20 minutes on foot. 3-5 minutes to the sea without hurry. The beach is a small pebble. This room is for 3 people on the 1st floor. Toilet and shower for two rooms. You can organise a shuttle from/to the border or Gagra train station.
