OTTP viewing such as movie watching, YouTube, Disney Plus, Netflix, Coupang Play, etc. available * Unobstructed view * Located near a quiet apartment complex. * Bangwhag Green Park 5 minutes away (It is a hidden gem in Gangseo-gu. It is much more lush than Magok Botanical Garden.) * Gangseo Hangang Park is about 10 minutes away. You can enjoy the Han River more leisurely than the complicated Yeouido or Banpo District. * There are many real restaurants. Spacious and quiet accommodation with good access to Seoul, Magok, and the airport

It is a stylish and comfortable accommodation suitable for long-term stays in the building right next to Exit 2 of Sinbanghwa Station ◆on Subway Line 9. You can easily use the main areas of Seoul within 30 minutes from Incheon Airport to the accommodation by using ◆Lines 9, 5, and Airport Railroad. There are ◆two rooms, one living room and two queen beds. For 5 people I will provide a blanket on the sofa in the living room. Fully equipped with ◆wifi Samsung 43 "FHD SmartTV Free Netflix, Disney + are available. Fully equipped ◆washer/dryer machine Drum washer/dryer is available free of charge. A clothes dryer is available. ◆parking Free parking is available inside the building. ◆Rooftop There is a separate indoor/outdoor space, and it is a common space.
