Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gampaha

Mr. Palitha and his wife is very friendly. They welcomed us warmly and the place is exactly like the pictures. Clean cozy place. We were there to visit a Vet for our sick puppy. Mr. Palitha’s wife even recommended us a government Vet who is right opposite their house. They are so lovely and took care of you like their own. She gave us breakfast which was soooo delicious. We had a great time and even our puppy was so comfortable in that cute home. She loved the balcony over looking the nursery next door to watch kids going to school. 😀

I had a wonderful stay at Bernadeth’s place from March 16th to 20th. The location is incredibly peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle rustling of trees was such a refreshing change from the usual hustle and bustle. One of my favorite features was the outdoor shower—it was a unique and serene experience, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air while surrounded by nature. The internet speed was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise and made it easy to stay connected when needed. Bernadeth is an amazing host—friendly, proactive, and always ready to help. She provided fantastic guidance on local food spots and must-visit places, making my stay even more enjoyable. Her recommendations truly enhanced my experience, allowing me to explore hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with a welcoming and attentive host, I highly recommend staying here.

Rana's home is big and spacious. Very clean and has a beautiful garden. Got timely communication from Rana. Instructions with regards to check-in were clear. Only downside is that the home is far from the beach as well as Lagoon.

I will highly recommend this Sasika's place. Separate entrance and clean rooms with the facilities as described on the listing. Got the fresh water bottles and cold juice upon arrival added to the hospitality, which was a plesant surprise. Location is super, close to the supermarkets and restaurants. The Airport is not far. Definitely will rent this place again, whenever needed. Most likely when we pass through the airport. Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. Mr Samantha was a friendly and a supportive host for us. Also, his place was calm and quite and we had all the households we needed at our stay. I highly recommend his place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay.

The place is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. The sea is only a few steps from the house, and while it feels wonderfully private, it’s still ideally located—just an 8-minute tuk-tuk ride from the heart of town. It’s the perfect spot to stay in Negombo: peaceful, untouched by mass tourism, and embraced by a warm, welcoming local community. Along the road, you’ll find delicious street food prepared by neighbors, and the lively fish market is just minutes away. Prashant and his family are exceptional hosts. I couldn’t be more grateful to have discovered this gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back. It’s also a great choice for longer stays, thanks to how comfortable and homely it feels!

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

This place truly exceeded expectations! Lashika was super responsive throughout our trip. The place was accessible and near many restaurants. It was spacious with all creature comforts for a home cook if need be. Although we ended up ordering from ubereats for our meal, the kitchen was fully equipped. The villa gave us privacy and enough common area to unwind. There were some roaches in the room and that would be common for any tropical country

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Treetop Villa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The lush surroundings created a serene atmosphere that helped me unwind immediately. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect escape. One of the best features of Treetop Villa is that it’s pet-friendly! My two golden retrievers had an absolute blast exploring the property. They loved running around in the open spaces. Peshani was incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, convenience and not too far from Colombo, especially with your furry friends, I highly recommend Treetop Villa.

Ich war anfangs etwas irritiert, da zwischenzeitlich die Wände eine andere Farbe erhielten und das Zimmer umgestellt worden ist. Das ändert natürlich nichts an der Lage direkt den Strand vor sich zu haben und die Ruhe genießen zu dürfen. Christeen hat sofort geantwortet, was sehr hilfreich beim Auffinden ist, da Airbnb eine etwas weiter entfernte Adresse angibt. Sehr praktisch war, dass ich bis zum Abend bleiben konnte.

This listing is actually a guest area in Bhakthi's extensive and well appointed home. It is a very spacious, one bedroom apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen and a separate entrance and it includes all amenities and is centrally located in a safe and residential neighbourhood. This lovely apartment while located on the first floor of the building has it's own spacious balcony, and you're given rooftop access, which is a great area to hangout in the evenings and unwind. She and her family who live next door our extremely genial hosts while being super friendly and hospitable, they treated us like part of their family. She was always available and even provided us with an unexpected grocery hamper and even shared some of her mom's delicious home cooked food with us on occasion. Bhakthi herself is a very easy going, helpful and kindhearted host. The best I've ever come across on Airbnb.

I had a fantastic stay at Thilina’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Niranga’s place was even better than shown in the photos . He was really friendly and arranged everything as we wanted . My family stayed here after my wedding. The house is very spacious with a large balcony area upstairs . The garden is very private and beautiful with a lot of greenery as well :) The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipments and we cooked all our meals here . Location is convenient as all supermarkets are just 5 mins drive away. There are local shops in the same street , just 2 mins away . The best part about the house was the caretaker , Thamil. He went out of his way to arrange things exactly as we wanted . He was always just one call away to help us with anything .
