From the apartment you have a view of the lake with several bath boats that create a pleasant atmosphere in the environment and can also be used by paying a fee. Many restaurants are close to the apartment. Grocery store is in the same building, as well as one that is open on Sundays. In summer, there is a bustling beach life at the Opera Beach and Sørengkaia.

There are lots of fantastic food experiences around the building, the food hall at Barcode and Nodee Sky to name a thing. The area of Barcode offers a rich cultural life with the Opera, the Deichman Library and the Munch Museum in the immediate vicinity. Karl Johan and the shopping opportunities are a stone's throw away!

Right outside the apartment you will find a footpath along the Akerselva river and bus stop that takes you down to the city center (bus no. 54 and 25). Nydalen/Storo is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
