What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Ahmad is truly outstanding

We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived to Jose Maria’s home! An oasis in the middle of Giza. The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family! From the moment we booked the property, the manager, Reham was responsive and so very helpful! She organized groceries and food to be prepared upon our arrival, along with a delicious meal. We were also blessed with the Julia, who took such amazing care of us! She cooked (some of the most amazing meals!) and helped us keep the home neat and tidy. Ask if she is available when you book, you won’t regret it! Reham was also able to coordinate a private tour guide, Tarek, who was off the charts amazing with his knowledge of Egyptian culture and history! Each space of the home was perfect, the master bedroom and bath is palatial, the kitchen has everything you will need and living spaces both inside and out fab! When we come back to Cairo we will be staying here. Thank you for sharing this amazing space with our family!

The accent lighting has a significant impact on the mood, which I appreciated. It’s interesting how many other reviews mentioned feeling at home here, and I can confirm that this was my experience as well. Osama is very kind and responsive, and I believe that the interactions between hosts and guests are crucial in rental experiences. My interactions with him were positive, and he was attentive to my needs. The security guards were also friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The compound is charming and lovely to stroll through at night, and I appreciated that everyone respected each other's space. I felt free to be myself while staying at Osama's place. I really enjoyed staying at Daniel's place! It's located on a bustling market street with lots to do and see as soon as you walk outside, but also near the metro for easy access to the rest of Cairo! The bedroom is far enough from the busy street that the noise is manageable, and it has the fanciest AC I have seen in Egypt so far. Nice vibe in the bedroom as well! The unit is exactly as pictured, don't expect a couch if you don't see it in the photos, but it's perfectly serviceable for a short stay. The host definitely has experience in the hospitality industry because it really showed in the small things, I really felt taken care of and that there was a lot of thought put into making my stay as comfortable as possible. I would come again.

What to say except that Taha is the best host we've ever met! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with incredible kindness and availability. We booked at the last minute, and despite that, everything was absolutely perfect: an apartment of impeccable cleanliness, no speck of dust, everything was fine and consistent with the photos. But that's not all! The apartment is located in a super secure residence, absolutely quiet and ideally located, accessible to everything. Taha was a great help throughout our stay, answering any questions with exemplary responsiveness and showing us the best places to discover. Thanks to him, our experience has been transformed. We had the privilege of being hosted by Emma and Edward while visiting my hometown in Maadi, Cairo. Check-in was easy and seamless as Emma also made sure to be in contact with us every step of the way until we made it inside. Upon walking in, I was truly impressed by the modernity and space throughout. The rooms were clean, clutter-free yet super homie and welcoming. There was plenty of closet space and everything needed to cook full meals as well as lounge on front of the TV to watch Netflix. Air conditioning was available in every single room so we were always comfortable. The sitting area outside was super inviting especially in the cool evenings. I've been using airbnb for so many years but never have I encountered that level of hospitality that truly went above and beyond. I'm ever so grateful for having such an incredible experience to have a beautiful home away from home. If you need a place in Maadi and this is available, don't think twice to book your stay 😉

There’s also a butchery and plenty of convenience stores nearby, ensuring that daily necessities are always within reach. One of the best things about this apartment is the peaceful and quiet environment, making it ideal for work, relaxation, or simply enjoying a stress-free stay. Ahmed has been a great host, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely love to come back again in the future, and hopefully, we’ll have the chance to meet next time. Highly recommended for long-term stays!
