Shawe-Taylor's Old School House is a wonderful place for golf, walking and relaxation. It has a wonderful setting, located approx. 6 km from the scenic seaside harbour village of Kinvara which is on the Wild Atlantic Way and approx. 5 km from the market town of Gort. The name Tierneevin is an Irish word meaning 'A Beautiful Place', so the name speaks for itself. There are a number of green road walks through the beautiful Burren countryside only a short distance away from the house.
