Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. Our beach is safer for kids and quieter due to no cars allowed on the beach area in front of our house! Crisp! Clean! Bright! This beauty was recently remodeled and feels like new. 2 minute walk to the beach, take the house golf cart (free!), or drive a few seconds. Groceries are very close too. Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!
