It has a garden with a swimming pool, with facilities for children , which allow a great rest for holidays and weekends. It has 1 bedroom, toilet, kitchen/living room with sofa bed (extra bed). It has Air Conditioning, Wifi, TV, free parking. At the time of receiving, a welcome basket will be provided.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.

São Martinho Estate

A Herdade de São Martinho, is part of one of the oldest Montes in the Region and is located in the municipality of Avis. The Mount belonged to the old Order of the Templars and later to the Religious Order of Avis. Being for generations in the same family, its small houses, previously inhabited by Herdade workers, have been remodeled for those who want to enjoy life in the countryside as if they were in their own home.
