The Retreats at South Water Manor are a one of kind destination. Originally built in the 1860s, this building was used as servants quarters, while the second was a summer kitchen for the FitzGerald Manor, which remains on the property. Essentially untouched for the past 100 years, they underwent a complete, exhaustive renovation from the ground up, converting them into the upscale guesthouses they are today. Our cottage is cozy, private, and safe! It is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. We have WIFI, 2 TV's Roku on both TVs, a Bose Radio with CD's, a DVD player with movies. We have a Coffee Station with Keurig & pods, a Mr Coffee with a coffee grinder. Completely equipped Kitchen. Tub/shower combo. Lots of privacy on your own back deck. You may see deer and wild turkey . Gas Grill provided. plenty of parking. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Nice and cozy place for short stays . “Apartment-style” home has everything you need during your stay as it is also conveniently located within a 2 mile radius from most restaurants and stores. This home has a bedroom, separate kitchen and its own bathroom. To access the home, it will require going up some stairs (separate exterior stairs). Lastly, if you need some space for your pet, ask us about the yard access as we just recently added this to our listing!

Beautiful and spacious guest quarters attached to large rustic lakefront cabin, with electric fireplace, gorgeous view of the lake and beautiful wooded backyard and creek, quick scenic walk to the lake, as property is lakefront. Swimming, boating, kayaking, (canoe and and paddle board provided). Canoe and Paddle Board provided (and oars/life jackets also)--canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards can launch from lakeside at property.

Two bedroom, two bath mobile home situated inside the Gallatin Marina. This home offers a spacious kitchen and living area featuring leather furniture and a 65” UHD Roku TV. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Our guest room has a queen size bed and TV- Fire-stick and Roku are provided for use with your own account.
