This house really felt like a home. It was hard to believe that it is only a rental because we didn't need anything. The kitchen was stocked with the "good" cookware, bakeware, dining ware etc, unlike any rental we have ever stayed in. The waffle bar gets 100 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed having that available with our bacon and eggs. We loved having the ping pong table there as well. Access to town was 15-20 mins and easy, but other places to shop, grocery stores and restaurants were five minutes away. Closet space was ample, rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this home for our daughters wedding at a venue nearby. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the home relaxing as we prepared for and celebrated at the wedding venue, but the River House is a beautiful place. The atmosphere and amenities make you feel like you could settle in and stay awhile and really find some peace and serenity! We actually got to meet Maripeg! She was so friendly and pleasant to visit with for the brief moments we shared. We will definitely make sure this one is at the top of our list for recommendations and places to visit again when the opportunity presents itself! Thank you Maripeg for the memories we made there as we shared a very special occasion with family and friends!

Amazing, brand new studio condo in the heart of Bozeman in the new Aspen Crossing Bldg. Beautifully decorated w/ modern Montana decor New luxurious bedding, towels, furniture & fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to the new "Elm" music venue, best restaurants, Audrey's famous pizza & brewery is next door. Bourbon restaurant is conveniently located on the main floor of the building. Bridger bowl is a quick 25 minute drive. Big Sky is 45 minutes away . Kick off your boots & relax!

The Tiny House

The Tiny House is completely furnished with comfortable leather furniture and tile floors thru out the home. It has a gas, free standing heater for winter warmth. The bed room has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser. A new leather sofa sleeper has been added to accommodate several more guest. It has a full size memory foam mattress. Parking is right out the front door and a private yard. Guest are surprised that it isn't really that tiny after all-650 sqft.
