Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

À Viella, dans le Gers, un gite 3 * spacieux tout équipé pour se déconnecter au calme, se ressourcer et profiter des nombreuses festivités estivales (jazz in Marciac, Tempo Latino Vic Fezensac...). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.
