It was a solid place to stay a little too pricy only upside is being close to winstar.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

I had a great stay at this comfortable apartment right in the heart of downtown Denton. The location couldn’t be better—I was able to walk to coffee shops each morning and enjoyed dinner and ice cream just steps away each night. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a cozy spot with easy access to everything Denton has to offer!

This was our second visit. On our first visit we noticed that the stair going from kitchen to Game room was not clearly marked. It's 1 stair stepping down into game room that is easily overlooked. We suggested he put some tape across the stair identifying it as a stair. He not only put the tape on but also a small sign saying "watch your step". Nice to be heard. We are elderly and falling is always a concern. Neil was very nice when we needed help with Wi-Fi.

The house has been updated, is quite charming, and was very well-decorated and clean. The host was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a good stay here and found the host to be kind and friendly. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the restrooms were pretty clean. The area is fairly quiet and the rooms have white noise machines.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great - close to all the lake amenities, including the state park, restaurants, and a convenience store, and Ardmore is just down the street and was a great town. The house was clean, and easily accommodated our family of 4. We kayaked & fished around the pond, and watched the geese patrol the shore. There were also bad storms one of the nights we stayed, and we were very thankful for the option of the storm shelter. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Excellent rental. AC works great and guests are allowed to set it at whatever temp they want. You don’t have to deal with a programmable thermostat that changes the setting while you are gone. Water is hot! Showers were great. Plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen items. Fully stock for sure. Outside space was great for sitting and grilling. Laundry room by back door and big enough to get it done. Big living room. Bedrooms felt big and beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space for those that like to hang up your clothes. No clutter in the wrong places. Everything every organized. There are 2 steps to walk up to the front door. Quiet neighborhood. It’s the right side of a duplex. I did not hear any noise from next door. No talking, no tv, nothing from next door. Shared driveway, but plenty of space to park a full size truck on right side of driveway and curb parking in front is also available. This place was a joy to stay at, I loved it and I will be back for sure!

Beautiful home! Had a great time here over the weekend. Taylor was awesome, super easy to work with, showed us around the house and all the things. I plan on coming back.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The environment was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for three weeks, and throughout the entire time, the host was incredibly kind and responsive. Every question we had was answered promptly and with great care. The neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re truly grateful for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely come back next time!

Such an amazing place to stay. The view is awesome. And the condo itself is very nice and clean.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable would recommend to future renters!
