Apartment located on the ground floor of a dwelling where my husband and I live on the 1st floor because we are both retired. Accommodation in the heart of nature ; located in a small village in the Val d 'Azun, close to hiking departures, mountain bike trails ( ex: the path that goes to the Col de Liar passes in front of the accommodation, in the valley there is also Lac d 'Estaing, barrier of the Tech...) 10 minutes away is Arrens-Marsous with its shops, its swimming pool and its market of local producers

The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Small mill Le Liar. Charming cottage

Le Moulin de Liar: old renovated water mill, in the heart of the Val d'Azun in the Hautes-Pyrénées, completely renovated in 2016, mixing the authenticity of the premises with the modernity of the layout. Le Moulin de Liar is located in Arcizans-Dessus at 850 m altitude and accommodates 1–2 people over 25 m2. It is located on the top of a typical mid-mountain village. You'll love the place because of the comfort, the view, and the location. The place is good for couples and solo travelers.

The water mill, unusual lodging thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. Covering an area of 40m2 on the ground and with its mezzanine it sleeps up to 4 people.

Cozy apartment on the ground floor of our house. You will be independent with private access to the accommodation. The gym, jacuzzi, outdoor shower and shaded terrace will be a shared place at your disposal to relax after your activities.
