The dream to be the host of the villa on the sea is quite feasible! The mini villa is built in the traditions of the Mediterranean dwelling - a lot of space, light shades, wooden beams, aged tiles, stone and metal. You will have full access to the house, veranda with kitchen and garden with citrus and flowers. We are centrally located in the heart of Gudauta in a quiet, tranquil street away from the track and the railway tracks. The sea is 350 meters, or 5 minutes by foot. The name Abykhcha is translated from Abkhazian as "garden". Opening August 2021.

This unique place has a style all its own. This ethnographic house is over 300 years filled with modern furniture. It has 5 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms (with one of them having a double-bed), 2 sofa double beds, and all the necessary furnitures. You will also have access to a projector which will display the screen on its special curtain. Also we have an exotic garden. Here you can visit the Jikheti monastery and it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport or the sea.
