We welcome you to our 115 m2 semi-detached apartment, renovated in 2023. Rural setting, quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature and vineyards. You will discover the wonderful and traditional aspects of the Dordogne: museum, Château, canoeing, golf but also the gastronomy and wines of the Monbazillac, Pécharmant, Saussignac region. Close to Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, Bergerac. We are 9 km from the Cavaille shopping center and 12 km from Bergerac city center. We are 12 km from Bergerac Airport

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)
