Beachfront holiday rental in Gafanha da Nazaré

A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

Memorable stay at Rui's! Flexible check-in and check-out with key box. Townhouse 2 steps from the beach, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Cozy and well-decorated interior with large comfortable rooms. Excellent equipment, nothing was missing. And the cherry: the small terrace of the room with its views of the beach and the ocean! With the added bonus of a friendly host, you can't wait to go back!

Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Wow! We had an all round super stay in this house. Rui is a super super host who only wants to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The house completely met our needs in every respect. Large kitchen, lounge, dining area, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. So much space. The upstairs party room was a real bonus, great for taking photos and being all together.

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

We had such a lovely stay and the property exceeded our expectations. In our view, the property is even better than the photos showed. The property had everything we needed. We had great fun on the paddle boards Susana provided. It is worth noting that the public beach (400m away) does get noisy with some loud music, but we still had a wonderful time. Susana was great and very helpful and always responded promptly. Thank you Susana!!

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

We were greeted by Alex. He was very friendly and informative. Walked us thru the apartment and explained everything. There was a large bowl of fresh organic fruit,a decanter of fine Ruby Port & delicious Melba toast wafers with a jar of jam. Very nice welcoming!! The apartment is squeaky clean,with on site parking. The area is beautiful- steps from the ocean and many beaches & retaurants. An easy drive to historic Gaia. Overall a wonderful stay.

Incredibly nice house and garden! You don't see it that way often. Comfortable, cozy, everything works well. And very authentic house and beautiful garden, pond, swimming pool. Joaqien was super nice, with fruit from his garden. Thanks Antonio and Joaqien!

Lovely house in a great location just a very short walk from a beautiful beach, nature reserve and local shops restaurants and bars. The house was spotless and well equipped and the outside areas were faultless with a lovely pool, everything was kept to the highest standards. Peaceful and quiet but only a short distance from local amenities and close to Porto which is easy to access by bus that stops just outside or very affordable UBER. Host was super friendly and informative.

There were 16 of us, for our son's birthday. We had an unforgettable stay, everything was perfect and as the description of the listing. The house, the place, the cleanliness . Everything is done for a pleasant stay. Billiards, foosball, pool, etc . The sea on the other side of the road, a bus stop in front of the house, and great restaurants all along. Breakfast at " O Rei dos croissants" a 10/15mn walk along the sea. A walk with an appetite. Liliana was attentive, always reachable , a love. A small welcome basket was waiting for us, which is very appreciated.Thanks to Liliana and Fernando for their attention to their hosts. My son thanks them for their special attention to his birthday, which was much appreciated. We'll save this address for the next time. I would recommend it in a second.

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

We spent two weeks of family vacation with adult children and were 8-9 people. Everyone enjoyed it. The rooms are actually very audible, but that was okay so far. Everyone appreciated that each bedroom has its own small bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with good equipment. Overall, the house is architecturally interesting and has a great location. Beach, restaurants and also the train are within walking distance. We are very grateful to Rui for his friendly, helpful and accommodating manner as a host.

The stay was neat, clean and less than a minute walk away from the beach. It was nice and quiet but that's also because it's not a main season now. A very good location.

that's all perfect. The only thing to know is that even if there is a lockbox they are delivered in person Very nice place to stay
