The apartment is very well located and equipped. It has more amenities than stated in the listing, such as wifi, hot water, hairdryer, and very full kitchenware. Easy to park near the apartment. The deal with Marilia was very nice and very fluid.

Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

The house is fantastic and very well located. Quiet area to rest and very close to the beach and restaurants, shops and bars. Highly recommended, we were very comfortable.

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

Sjoerd and Joana's house is everything you need to disconnect and feel right at home. Sjoerd and Joana have lent us their beautiful house where nothing is missing. The village of Quiaos and its beach is perfect for resting, walking along the beach and sitting in a beach bar to watch the sunset. From there we were able to make excursions to Porto, Aveiro or Coimbra. The highway connection is perfect. We'll never forget the dinners in the courtyard listening to the sea in the distance. Silence, rest, nature, beaches, tourism all in one place. Don't hesitate to choose this house for your next vacation. Thanks for sharing your home Sjoerd and Joana.

Loved our two weeks in Marta’s apartment. Marta and Costa are great hosts and even made it possible for is to arrive at 1 a.m. They also provided breakfast for the following day. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apparent was very clean and well equipped even with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrance is very big overlooking the huge pool with plenty of vacant chairs. The location is excellent only a few minutes walking from the beautiful beach and an area with lots of good small bars and restaurants.

The host was very friendly, despite a very late check-in, he was waiting for us . We received a welcome basket where he thought of important products for the first day of the stay. We received links with instructions on the Internet, codes, etc. It was amazing how we asked the host to book a table in a restaurant, even though he couldn't get through on the first day, he remembered And the next day he booked us a table for dinner . The neighborhood was beautiful, the view of the ocean, the pool , the peace , the two terraces . I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again Joao for everything we will definitely visit again.

First of all, I would like to thank Marta and Leonel for their hospitality. They provide exceptional attention to the comfort of their guests and anticipate their needs. In addition, the nature around the apartments is unique - a magical forest starts right around the corner, huge empty sandy beaches are a 5-minute walk away. Cortegaça is a really small village, but it has the most necessary things by foot: nice beach with showers and drinkable water, a local supermarket with basics and a bakery with good bread. Some disappointing moments also took place. It was mentioned many times in reviews - plz finally renew this furniture on the terrace! A couple of chairs and a table are in terrible condition, and it's better to remove them completely. Also, not our hosts fault, but it was annoying: barking dogs during the night and crazy parking by the locals. Train station is a bit far. All in all, we spent 4 weeks at Marta's place and it was a memorable and pleasant experience. Thanks, guys!

We were only in Aveiro/Gafanha da Nazaré area for 2 days, but the apartment was a great place to stay. I can see it being incredible in better weather - the outdoor area was well outfitted. Unfortunately the storms moving through meant we didn't sit outside because of the crazy wind. Otherwise it was nice, clean, and Carmen & Zita were very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

The house met all expectations, it was quite clean and tidy. There were several kitchen products that I was not expecting, such as coffee maker, food spices, cleaning products, which became very useful during the stay. Localiza is located in a quiet area, but with a supermarket, restaurants and cafes at the foot.

Very well-equipped house, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent location, close to all that is needed (beach, market, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Very responsive and very friendly hosts, excellent communication. The only if not is to stand right next to a cafe that is open until late, and on some nights there was a lot of noise from people on the terrace, which disturbed the rest (at least until 11:30 pm).

Rui very attentive, the house is amazing… everything very organized and clean, I see the care and love in every corner of your house! I felt at home… The energy of the place is spectacular. I loved it!
