Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gabriola

We had a wonderful stay! We loved that there are trails accessible by foot from the cabin. (Just walk up the gravel road about 3 minutes.) We discovered that a great morning routine for us was to have coffee, walk through the forest, enjoy the morning light on the ocean, and head back to the cabin for breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing :) Henny is a great host. She shared a ton of wonderful information about places to go and yummy restaurants on the island. The cabin itself is cozy, charming, and quiet. The bed is comfortable, a high priority for me! We also appreciated that we could bring our dog and that she could be off-leash in the grassy area around the cabin.

The comfort of the cabin was perfect for our rainy weekend away as we ended up spending most of our stay indoors. The little fireplace kept the space cozy and warm for when we came in from the hot tub. Plenty of room to set up a large dog bed and the enclosed deck was wonderful to allow her to roam without any worry of her wandering off. We had a lovely time at Ash & Brett's.

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

We had a great stay! The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub were awesome. Lots of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. An easy drive or 10 min walk to amenities- great place, I’d come back again!

We have a lovely stay at this Orcas Island getaway. A perfect place to unwind and watch the ocean through the trees. Communication from the host was great and we found everything we needed at the AirBnB.

Coastal retreat was lovely and perfect for two couples. 2 bathrooms seemed like quite a luxury. Suite was clean, view and property were beautiful. Dyan greeted us when we arrived. Dyan and Des were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay again. Everything was exactly as described.

A very comfortable homely place - “secret walk” down to the nearby beach involving a bit of scrambling which our little grandsons loved - a real getaway- house had everything we needed plus fire pit and bbq - a place you’ll want to return to and we hope we will

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

We had a wonderful stay. Billie was friendly and approachable, and so wonderful. We enjoy the clean and comfortable place, and swimming pool. The place was very close from the main shopping/restaurants area and it made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for everything Billie!

We felt very welcome into their vacation condo. The details made towards insuring our comfort, down to bottled water upon arrival and more was much appreciated. A bottle of white wine and Godiva chocolates were placed on the kitchen island along with the parking cards...a nice welcome to the condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. The convenience of walking to Father's Day brunch and later to dinner was perfect. Sherri and Dan sent a lengthy welcome message to us 48 hours prior to arrival, listing the restaurants, coffee houses and their proximity. The communication was great. This was a fabulous rental, it was perfect in every way. Every step of this booking was just a great experience, the host was so friendly and fun to chat with and thought of everything a traveller might need. All of the instructions were clear and well thought out, everything was as expected if not better, the place was spotlessly clean and everything was provided for. Judy's place was clean, tidy & well equipped. We had everything we needed with all of the comforts of home. the kids loved the amenities of rathrevor Beach & the pool being near by! thank you! we will definitely be back!!

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Escapes. Johanna and Julie were readily available to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. The cabin was well-supplied and had a binder listing many local recommendations. It was a short walk to Rathtrevor Beach which we all enjoyed, particularly our dog. All essential amenities and many attractions were nearby. The central air conditioner was especially helpful in keeping the whole cabin cool during the hotter days. We will be back.

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

Great little get away. Pool was awesome, hot tub was great. Great fenced front yard for the dogs. Back yard was quite big to be able to play with the kids. Very clean and tones of room. Ryan was great to deal with. Will definitely rent again on our next trip down. Thank you

We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

We adored our time in Deep Cove. It was private and peaceful, perfect for us. Absolutely spotless with stylish decor and everything we needed for our stay. Plenty to do and explore. My husband loved Honeys doughnuts and appreciated the recommendation! Thank you so much for letting us share part of your amazing home and we wish we could have stayed longer. A real gem of a find.

Glamping on a farm - a tranquil experience :) We were greeted by Lisa on arrival and were provided a fun tour of the farm. After that, you are free to roam the farm and pet the animals on your own, which was really cool! My dogs could roam off leash around the vicinity of the cabin which they loved. Tips for fellow visitors: If you are 6 feet or taller you probably don’t want to book the bunk beds in the cabin. They are very short and we could not stretch our legs. If it is raining, there is no under cover area to hang out outside without getting wet, so plan on a cozy evening inside and bring books (and head lamp) and games! We had such a wonderful stay at Mason's. It was a perfect spot for out ladies weekend. It's a beautiful property and we enjoyed many delicious meals and laughs on the deck. The space was spotless! We are talking about booking it again next year.

This is a true Guest House experience. Hans and Denise were just incredible hosts. Really thoughtful and personal. The location is top notch, and the cabin is perfect. 10/10. Can’t fault it.

Two words gorgeous views!!! Looked forward to having my cup of coffee on Kelley & Kent’s patio every morning. A very peaceful location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ganges, but still less than five minute trip into town. Both Kelley & Kent were very welcoming and accommodating to our early check in. Their air bnb had all the amenities you could need to make you feel right at home. Beds were super comfy! I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed! :) Enjoy!

The suite and little hobby farm were peaceful and beautiful. Todd and Carol were amazing hosts providing great communication and recommendations for nearby beaches and places to check out. Their very friendly dogs were a highlight of the place!
