My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Spend your vacation in a magical house on the edge of the city, in a quiet location, by the forest, “far from the noisy crowd.” My place is family-friendly, but also for friends. The enclosed area provides absolute privacy. Two terraces offer a pleasant seating area. The outdoor patio has an umbrella, grill, seating area. You can also use the indoor patio in bad weather.
