Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Futtsu

I had a lovely stay. The staff were so warm and personable and friendly. The area is nice and conveniently close to a number of metro stations to move around Tokyo. Also fairly close to cafes & shops in Ginza. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. Only issue was that the wi-fi was not strong enough during my stay. However this did not dampen the overall experience.

this was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing stay once again. the accommodation is super clean and looks just like the pictures. the area is peaceful, with plenty of places to eat at. it’s a short walk to the convenience stores and the train station as well, which has a nice grocery store located next to it. the host is very nice and responds quickly; he also gave us great recommendations. overall this is a great accommodation and we would definitely recommend this place to other people.

We have NEVER stayed in a more thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed Airbnb. The House Manual is exceptionally well done; everything is thoroughly explained and translated, including English instructions and labels on the washing machine. Steps away from groceries, two train lines, and Edoyu Bath House (a must-do experience). Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, hospitality: 6/5 stars. Flawless. Yoshi has solutions for almost any problem: toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shoe deodorant, laundry bags, etc. And proper mirror lighting for makeup application. He stored our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our first and final day in Tokyo. Overall: 6/5 Yoshi’s Airbnb is the standard by which all Superhosts should be measured.

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Host and co host were responsive and aided with queries. location was walkable to surrounding points of interest. metro station was within 10 mins walk. well equipped Airbnb. with lift definitely made the stay easy for family with kids or multiple luggages the stay easy and stress free. Definitely try it.

Rua was very helpful and understanding when my check in was delayed due to airline delays. The place was easy to find and in a nice area

It was very close to the sea and Hayama Park, making it the best location for playing in the sea.The interior was beautiful and bright, fully equipped and very comfortable.Thank you for your willingness to pick up your luggage in advance.We'd love to come back.

Five stars all the way. Kan was a wonderful host & this house was magic. Everyday was made only better knowing we were returning to this home. Would recommend 100%.

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

I stayed one night on a trip with relatives, both young and old.The terrace is also beautiful, and the children who crawl can freely crawl on the beautiful artificial lawn in the garden, and enjoy making soap bubbles!The tableware and wine glasses were surprisingly stylish, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace and in the room!

We had a very pleasant stay in the location in front of the beach and fishing port.I will stay there again.

I stayed for seven people.Even with a large number of people, the room was spacious and did not feel cramped, and it was clean and dust-free.It was rainy on the day, but I am very grateful for the thoughtful consideration, including at check-in, such as lending us an umbrella. Here are some of the things I personally found particularly good: There is a convenience store just down the hill There is one toilet on the first floor and one on the second floor Insect repellent spray was provided for the outside lodge The view from the garden is very nice Full amenities (there was a Muji lotion, etc.) · The seasoning is very substantial - Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils Air conditioning was installed in each room · Large-screen TVs are not delayed and can be used for games · Wi-Fi connection was good, and I was able to play games smoothly · A wide variety of board games The host has a very good personality It was a wonderful room that was perfect for a large number of people.I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.Thank you very much.

This room is located near train stations and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store within one minute walk. I appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom area as well as the reliable dryer located in the common area.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

The place was near the beach and good to walk from the trainstation
