We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Taipas is a 2-bedroom house in the heart of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Located a 3-minute walk from Poça da Dona Beija and Parque Terra Nostra, it is comfortable, functional and cozy. The ideal space for holidays with family or friends. We invite you to enjoy this space created by us, with much care and love to provide an excellent stay.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
