Beautiful 2-story house with a lovely garden with plenty of child-friendly facilities, large wooden terrace, barbecue, fireplace, etc. Located centrally in Farum, close to shopping, train station, forest, lake and nature. The house is 125 sqm and newly renovated in 2022, and therefore appears in very good condition. Farum is a cozy and quiet town, surrounded by lake and forest, with cozy restaurants, cafes, a shopping center, library, etc. within walking distance of the home. And then it's only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

In our house are 4 rooms. There is a TV living room and large living room. As well as a large playroom. The house has three toilets. There is a bathroom and bathtub in one, but with a walk-through in one room. Another is equipped with a washer and dryer. Kitchen is large and well stocked. In the garden there is a playhouse and trampoline. As well as barbecue, outdoor fireplace and outdoor furniture on two terraces. The house is on a quiet road. 5. Min. walk from Furesøen. We have 1 double bed, 1 double mattress, 2 single beds, 1 junior bed, 2 cots.

The other with a bunk bed for children. Enjoy the beautiful mornings and evenings from the house's southwest-facing balcony while the children play in the garden, where there is a trampoline, a playhouse and a slide. The S-train is about 600 metres away, from where there is direct access to central Copenhagen in less than 30 minutes.

You might also go for a dip in the lake from your very own private pier. 2 km to shopping, 800 m to bus and 4 km to S-train station

Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

At the end of the road, there is direct access to the forest with plenty of opportunities for golf, walks, and bathing by the lake or beach in the area. The house is conveniently located near the train station, providing easy access to Copenhagen.

You and your family are just few minutes from Værløse train station and town centre with shops, supermarkets, etc. - and a short walk or drive from forest and lakes. Our home is cosy and family friendly. Enjoy your dinner outside in front of the house or in our private garden where you can relax on the wooden terrasse, the kids can jump on the large trampoline - or you can take a dip in our outdoor jacuzzi. Please note that our cat Mysli will be in and around the house during your stay.

Here you can wake up to birdsong and sunrise and enjoy an unspoiled sunset on the west-facing terrace, where there is room for children to play. With the runway right outside the door and a short distance to Søndersø, the area is perfect for all sports on wheels and lovely walks or runs.
