House holiday rentals in Fulton County

Susan was so accommodating in so many areas! We are a large family, so when I mentioned to Susan that we wanted to rent her place, but we’re concerned about having one bathroom… They installed a beautiful, rustic styled full bath prior to our arrival!!! We could not have been more pleased! The pictures for the outdoor area do not do it justice – the pool, Jacuzzi, tiki bar area were amazing… The views from the deck were absolutely gorgeous! Entry was simple with a code on the door, followed by a lovely welcome basket in the kitchen! There was plenty of room for people to relax in and sleep. The house is a 10 minute ride to lake Sacandoga and a three minute ride local to Broadalbin. Perfect location. We are hoping to rent the same place next year! Thank you so much Susan for being so accommodating. Your home was lovely and we had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was somewhat apprehensive about having a place with an adjoining host apartment but it ended up being helpful when we accidently locked ourselves out. The deck is perfect for meals and hanging out. The large field and pool kept us occupied. A short walk to the lake shore was great. Even with fourteen of us, we had room to spread out and not feel crowded.

Mary was an excellent, responsive, and welcoming host. The house was AMAZING - a perfect Adirondacks get away, close to lots of great hikes. We plan to return!

Katie is a wonderful host, great communicator, and her house on the lake is amazing. This was a guys trip with old high school buddies and everyone was completely blown away by the accommodations. We hope to make this an annual event and Katie's place will be first on the list. We hired a fishing guide one day, Aaron's Guide Service, and Aaron put us on Northern Pike and Smallmouth Bass. Great guide service, highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home right on one of the most beautiful lakes in the Adirondack Mountains. It had everything you would need for a stay with a group or family. The house is well kept, clean, and laid out in a way to entertain or go to a part of the home, inside or out, to read, nap, or hop in a canoe or kayak. Fun, relaxing and roomy! We loved our stay!

We had a little confusion finding the place, but that was mostly because we did not read the full check-in instructions. The host was quick to respond and help us find the correct address. Other than that our stay was great it is a beautiful home.

The house is beautiful and all amenities in great shape! So many kayaks life suits in all sizes. Gorgeous porch and the best hot tub! Susana was absolutely above and beyond to let us have a very late checkout ! Will definitely return!

Our stay at Brent's place was a perfect getaway. His house was super - clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything needed was available. We came to fish, and accessibility to the dock was super. There was sufficient parking for boat trailers and vehicles. Brent cared enough to check in with us, and adding a last minute guest and boat was not an issue. The back porch was our favorite hang out place. We would love to come back next year!

Our stay with Jeremy was excellent. The house was very clean with lovely amenities, and Jeremy was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Jennifer’s home on Great Sacandaga Lake was everything we expected and more. It was a beautiful home right on the water with an amazing view. The property was calm and pristine, and the house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved spending quality time in the living room and around the dinner table. The home is within an hour of at least four ski mountains we enjoyed (Oak, Royal, West, and Gore) and the host regularly recommended nearby towns, lakes, and mountains for us to visit. If you are looking for a calm winter getaway in a cozy cabin on a scenic lake, I strongly recommend His Place in Northampton/Mayfield NY!

This house was great and exactly as described. We had a great time playing in the water and fishing and had tons of space inside. Beautiful house and location. Great communication. Highly recommend this for your stay!

Since Tracy’s place is a new listing, I was a bit hesitant to book this property, but the photos looked good and I decided to be brave and try it. My husband, three daughters and I were very happy with this place. My number one concern is cleanliness and safety and this place met those wishes. Tracy was an excellent communicator and we loved the cute and quaint cabin. We drove to the Carboga State Park to the beach for a swim, only $8 per car, which is just a minute or two from Tracy’s property. We also followed her direction to see the dock which is a shared dock with other homes. Just a heads up - the kitchen has plenty of dishes and drinking glasses, two frying pans and two baking sheets, but there was no toaster, dishwasher or big pots, which was fine for us, not a complaint at all. Also, eating utensils were limited, but we found plastic cutlery. The propane grill was great as well and we had a nice dinner on the deck. Tracy could be a superhost one day.

Compact, convenient, clean and quiet pretty much says it all! Dave is super nice, friendly and attentive.

We had a wonderful at this home for Thanksgiving weekend. The home is in excellent condition. It is furnished so nicely and comfortably. Beds were very comfy. Host was helpful and responsive. Short, peaceful walk to lake and short drive to town. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great house in great location! Much larger than the pictures lead you to believe and the beds are super comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry, grill, outdoor seating and private water access with fire pit.

My husband and I and a friend had a wonderful vacation staying in Kevin (Hapi)'s beautiful home on the Great Lake Sacandaga. The house was beautiful and spacious. The screened in porch was perfect for having meals or just looking at the gorgeous view of the lake. Much thought had been put into making sure the house had everything one could possibly need, including beach towels and all those little essentials. The house was within a very short walking distance of the main street in Northville, a quaint town with a great five and dime and a couple of excellent restaurants. There is a wonderful, sandy beach just two minutes away where we could swim and put our canoe and kayak in the water. Kevin (Hapi) was an excellent host, very responsive, very welcoming and encouraged us to feel at home. This was a very nice experience, we had a really good time, and I highly recommend Kevin (Hapi)'s place!
