Brand new apartment. In the bedroom is a double bed, in the living room is a pull-out sofa. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.

The apartment is equipped with a premium category air conditioning system. Bedrooms with separate entrances 3, there is a 2 seater sofa in the living room. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not required. The parking lot is in front of the house with a camera.
