For the perfect stay in Long Beach, make sure to choose Maria's place. Perfectly located in the heart of Long Beach, Maria's place is very close to many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with all the utensils and pans/pots you need. The shower works well and Maria provides many towels for her guests, which is great and rare. Maria is a great host who communicates very well and goes out of her way to make your stay great. I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

This area is great. So close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Orange has fabulous restaurants and it’s a great area. My daughter lives out there so I am always excited to go. It’s nice to have a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Easy to find would definitely stay again

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and pleasant. Thank you; I highly recommend this location.

It’s a great place, accessible to freeway 57, 91. Most of things are reachable within 30 minutes. The room is great, equipped with everything, especially the kitchen. It was perfect choice for us, enjoyed cooking in the place. My kid liked the beautiful garden as well.

This home is a gem! Accurately depicted, spotless, comfortable and in a super convenient location! Don has gone above and beyond to ensure guests have the comforts and conveniences of home. The house is tastefully remodeled, squeaky clean and was extremely comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make easy meals. The backyard is inviting and offers additional space to visit and soak in the California sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet and calming, but just a few minutes away from grocery stores and a variety of highly rated restaurants. Communication with Don was friendly and easy and he was very responsive with questions and inquiries - which made the trip stress free. A definite home away from home. We highly recommend Don’s place!

We loved our stay at Jay’s home. The house was beautiful and just as described. We stayed here for our Disney trip and it was perfect for our family. Jay was very responsive and helpful. Our kids loved the game room which was detached with easy backyard access which was great for keeping the noise out of the main home. We loved our stay and definitely would stay again.

Great stay close to Disney land

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
