A simple Japanese-styled accommodation built in the 1960's as a family home. The Japanese-Styled Room has a size of 6+8 m², with a Shared Bathroom. -Features- The wooden building was built in the 1960's. Fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring; the rooms are separated by paper screen doors. Since the rooms are separated by sliding paper doors, the sound proofing and protection from sunlight aren't perfect. We hope you enjoy the old Japanese way of life. The place we live near kawaguchiko station about 30min by car ; near Isawaonsen station about 15 min by car. If you don't have a car, you can also use the free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station. You can also experience a barrel sauna and tent sauna as an option. This is a B&B. There is one single bed(195×100 cm). If two people are staying, the extra person will sleep on a futon. Futons are Japanese-style mattresses. Please note that they are not available in the winter. My house is very cold during winter. I can pick you up at Fujikyuko Line Tsuru Bunka Daigaku mae Station and Chuo-do Tsuru bus stop.　It takes about 30 minutes by train from here to Kawaguchiko Station. *Hakone is very far from here.
