Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fujinomiya

This stay is absolutely perfect. A perfect, beautiful home that’s a literal skip away from the Mt Fuji Welcome Area. The home was perfect and as described and our host was amazing at what he does. He came and picked us up from Fujikawa station and then drove us back when it was time to leave. Please let him come get you if he offers, you’ll need it! He then provided us a tour of the home, perfectly explained all amenities and how to properly use them. Please respect the home, it is very old and he worked very hard on it. We will be booking this home every time we visit Mt. Fuji in the future!

It is my second time to book at Shoko’s place, it is the reason why my family especially my kids ages 12 to 16 loves Fujiyoshida . I have so many good things to say about their home, they have two houses which we both love . This time we got the bigger place, it accommodates all our needs, from a kitchen that i well equipped which is a plus for me since i prefer cooking breakfast for my family. The dining table was our hang out place , since we can fit in one which is very unlikely in Japan where most things are compact. The house has 3 bedroom , i think can be converted into four. We slept so well , the mattress was so comfortable especially the duvet which my children loved, i forgot to ask Shoko where she bought it =D. As soon as you arrived at Shoko’s place , as we have experience there is a bread for breakfast which is so thoughtful of them, also coffee for brewing. Check in is smooth and well assisted. This property is in a quiet neighbourhood in the middle of 2 JR stations. Lots of places around to eat including restaurants, convenience stores & markets. We left luggage under stairs & took carry on sized up to rooms. Host was great, allowed early check in, provided great instructions for use of facilities, rubbish disposal, etc

We had an amazing stay at Chiharu's home. It was very clean and spacious, and they were so very friendly. It's not too far from the train station so it was a convenient place for us to stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Very well equipped and full of amenities, and I had a good holiday. I checked out at 8 o'clock in the morning and the early time, but I am very happy that you took care of it.

I used it for refreshment.It was very good to be able to use the wood stove.I felt like the amount of firewood was a little small.

whole family stayed there for three nights. Convinient location and closed to subway. All directions can find easily and very reasonable price for this vacation aprtment unit.

We stayed with our children and had a wonderful time. The place was clean, had a cozy and homely atmosphere, and we felt very comfortable. We could feel Mt. Fuji close by, and with Lake Kawaguchi nearby as well, we enjoyed the rich nature and had a relaxing stay. Child-friendly tableware was provided, so we felt at ease. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. A hot spring facility was just a short drive away, and both kids and adults had a great time. The bathroom in the room was also very comfortable. The guidance before our stay was polite and helpful. Thank you to my invisible craftsman host!Small but well-equipped and attentive: reading desk lamps, large leather sofa seats and cushions, and induction hobs.In particular, the host has a lot of compliments with a bicycle in good condition, so I can shop and eat in Numazu City and go to the station is very convenient, and there is a feeling of staying at home on the street by bicycle.Overall, this is a great value for money to go shopping in Gotemba, go to Hakone bubble soup, see Mt. Fuji from afar, and go to Izu Peninsula.

We had the best time staying at Tsudoi’s place for 3 nights. Tsudoi was very helpful and responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We’d come back again for sure!

Beautiful large home that suited 3 families. Facilities were amazing. Very remote from transport and restaurant. Was difficult to get taxi and uber. Definitely not walking distance. Loved the area.

We all really enjoyed our time here. We loved the house and it was bigger than expected. A few minutes walk away are fantastic views of Mount Fuji (when it’s not cloudy!). We used the local Onsen and spa facilities which were 10mins walk away, they do great food there too, which was very handy after arriving after long journey to get there (amazing views of Mount Fuji from the restaurant). We used the projector to watch some films, and played some records which was an added bonus.

Beautiful house near Fuji. The house is very spacious, we were there with us four. You do need a car. The beds were very confortable. It is a modern house but decorated in a Japanese way so also with all the charms that come with it.

Lovely Accommodation in a very calm and beautiful area in the mountains with a great view to the sea!

We enjoyed it very much for 2 nights and 3 days in a great villa!When I thought there was something I forgot to buy, I was impressed that there was just what I wanted as a gift.I was looking for a sauna and a water bath, but I enjoyed it as expected.I want to go again.

The host has been very friendly and helpful in helping us to get around the location and provide very personalised service as we were traveling in a group with young baby. It is a child friendly house with stunning view.

I stayed with my family (3 +🐶) in GW.They handled me smoothly and politely from the time of booking, and I felt at ease even if I had any questions. I added the sauna, BBQ, pizza oven, and fire pit as an option, and they were all great!Especially the sauna.The sauna has a great aromatic oil scent, and it's great to take a break while looking at nature on the bench! Our home has unlimited BBQs for a lifetime.My father roasted meat outside for a long time or sunbathing on a bench. Lol The room is also fully equipped, and we had a session with the guitar we brought with us!(It was a house away, so I couldn't play much during the day *\ (^ o ^)/*) I heard the sound of the river and birds chirping in the morning, freeing me from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it the best detox. Thank you very much. p.s It is a nearby facility, but there is also a roadside station and creation within walking distance, making it convenient when I forgot to buy it.The roadside station also sold desserts and it was delicious (I ate at twilight in the pudding garden) I want you to use it again!
