We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It’s modern, right on the beach, and came with great amenities—including a grill and everything we needed for a perfect trip.

TL;DR: Exceeded all expectations. Best host I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Cozy, fun, and incredibly welcoming stay. Talk to him before booking! Dr. Khalid is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever come across. He went above and beyond in every possible way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From the moment we got lost en route, he personally came with his car to help us navigate back to the Airbnb — a gesture I’ve never experienced before. Once we arrived, both Dr. Khalid and his son gave us the warmest welcome, offering amenities far beyond what was listed — water bottles, soft drinks, fresh fruits, and more. Throughout the stay, he was incredibly responsive, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, and even installed extra lighting to make the space more comfortable. His kindness, hospitality, and proactive care made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend talking to him before booking—you'll understand why this place stands out.

The villa stay was absolutely wonderful! The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and great entertainment areas, making the stay incredibly enjoyable. The outdoor scenery was stunning—whether relaxing in the garden or on the terrace, it was truly a peaceful experience. Plus, it was just a 2-minute walk to the private beach, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was warm and attentive, providing exceptional service that made the stay even more delightful. If given the chance, I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Great space surrounded by very beautiful views. Sunset and sunrise from here were the highlights of our trip. Huge plus point was that it is fenced and pet-friendly. The one bedroom villa served most of all our needs - there was a BBQ grill in the balcony although there isn't a sink to prepare food and wash dishes - so it's highly recommended to do all the preparation beforehand. There's also a small fridge that can accommodate 1-2 nights worth of supplies. Very courteous and friendly team of people who handled communication from booking right up to check-out. We hope to be back again soon.

We had a great stay at Martin's place. The place and ammenities were amazing! It was clean and very spacious! It also had almost all cooking equipments available on the place. Martin was very approachable and easy to talk too. We will surely come back! We were a large group of family of about 15 pax including kids. I highly recommend Martin's place for large group family gathering.

The. Farm is great we had many kids,teens and adults. They all had something to do. the farm is big size and clean. Thanks to Humaid for being a great host, we look forward to coming again!! highly recommend for large groups.

It was amazing staycation with great facilities at the farm house including kitchen, indoor pool, and the outdoor dining area with the scenic view of the mountains. We were family group and had a great time together. I would like to thanks Waleed from NestAway who was always available, special thanks to Host Ali and the caretakers Nazeer and Salem at the farmhouse for making our stay more memorable experience.

Had a lovely staycation surrounded by nature—calm, peaceful, and just what we needed to unwind. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Facilities were great, and everything was in good working order. The last 5-minute stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but totally worth it for the serene experience that awaited us. Would definitely recommend!

First off, the host/owner of this airbnb is an extremely generous and kindhearted man. He was very clear with the directions leading us to the house, and was always easy to reach out to on the phone, once we arrived, the house was all cleaned up and neat. In addition to this, the host arranged lunch delivery for me and my family which we really did appreciate. the host’s helper was also available and close by to the villa that assisted us with anything we needed. The location is beautiful, the villa is in the middle of the mountains, the weather is great even during summer. We enjoyed the huge outdoor area, we swam in the pool, we played with the board game available and children enjoyed the play area. Definitely highly recommended. Would love to come back and visit soon inshallah!

We had an amazing stay at this unique property — the perfect weekend getaway for a family of three. Spacious, peaceful, and incredibly well-equipped, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was spotless, and the host was very responsive throughout.
