Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

The space is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere.

Located in a brand new development in an excellent location which allows you to completely disconnect and rest. It is an ideal base to explore this special, beautiful island or visit the best surfing/kiting spots and beaches. The apartment is located on the first floor. All the main rooms including the balcony face south and are protected from the wind. In addition to the balcony, the apartment also offers a private roof terrace with stunning views. Furnishing is to a very high standard.

Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

In Caleta de Fuste, 8 minutes from the airport, this superb one-bedroom accommodation in a residence awaits you for a dream stay. You can relax on your private terrace overlooking the community garden. The swimming pool is accessible free of charge from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The accommodation is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!
