The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Spectacular apartment complex, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and with all kinds of amenities, parking, swimming pool, Internet, garden with exotic vegetation... Each apartment has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, a small toilet, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. Charming country house on a 700-metre garden plot, with natural stone pool, pergola, solar shower, located at the gates of a large public pine forest, five minutes by car and about 30 minutes walk from an extraordinary beach along a forest road through the pine forest. Very comfortable and cozy home with careful decor. The environment is ideal for walking, it also has two equestrian centers very close, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.
