The caravan is located by the forest in a quiet part of the village, surrounded by horse paddocks where you can take riding lessons and go on rides in the countryside with an instructor. You can also bring your own horse and keep it in a pasture with a shelter next to the caravan. There is beautiful terrain in the surrounding area. A small family cottage located a few meters above the Žermanická Dam on private property offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities, and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller water heater that runs non-stop, so it requires water management.
