Cercana también a supermercados, farmacias y tiendas del centro en gral. Muy bien equipada para tener una estadía cómoda. La casa cuenta con un dormitorio con cama matrimonial y un sofá cama para dos personas máximo. En la parcela se plantaron 21 especies de árboles nativos los cuales pueden recorrer.
