Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Frogner

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

Beautiful place with amazing view of Oslo fjord. I decided to choose this place to enjoy the view and Scandinavian atmosphere of the property with friends. And was quite satisfied. The place is very interesting and cozy, and you can look out the window for hours. The owner of Gard is responsive, with a good sense of humor and went to meet us when we needed it. I loved staying at Frida’s place. Just about all of Oslo is walkable from there. The neighborhood is full of charming and colorful wooden houses. It’s close to nightlife yet very quiet. There’s a grocery store right across the street. The bed is comfy. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again. The only people I might not recommend this place for are anyone with mobility issues, as you have to climb a ladder to get to the loft bedroom, which I found completely charming.

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

We had a really nice stay at Kaja's place in the Holmenkollen area. The house is large and has a very beautiful kitchen and great upper floor with lots of amenities for kids. The bathroom is fantastic and bedding is great. There is lots to do in the area especially if you are into nature. Also the railway to the city centre is relatively close and there is also a direct bus to the city center super close by. We would come back for sure!

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was wonderful! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We'll take the trip again ☺️

It was a nice house, however, the kitchen was a bit lacking, there were only 4 champagne glasses, no salad bowl, no bread bowl? Then there were no wardrobes with hangers in the rooms, no hangers for towels, otherwise a very nice and pleasant house.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

Asmund place was perfect for our family group to attend ski races at Holmenkollen. Beautiful views. Great public transportation.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Helge is friendly and responsive. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook all meals. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to everything in the city. Black out shades and fans for all bedrooms would be beneficial. We had a wonderful stay!!

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

We enjoyed our stay at Gaute's spacious apartment. It's a bit off the beaten track, however, very close to major transport hubs. The area is quiet and picturesque. Recommend.

Great host, great stay, exceeded expectations. We were really happy with the place, it had plenty of room and beds for our guests. There is room for 2-3 cars at front, could not hear any road noise so it was peaceful, plenty of bedding and everything felt clean and fresh. Kids loved using the trampoline and playing some of the many games that are around. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and everything you need. Iron and ironing board was handy as well as washing machine. Gym was a nice to have with TV whilst you work out. The host was really quick to respond when we had questions and they were very professional. Overall, we loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Arrived late after our flight was delayed but Camilla was easily contactable and getting a taxi to the property was easy and everyone was super happy with the house once we arrived…A little trip to the roof for a moonlit view over the fjords was and Oslo lights was magical and was a great start to our Norway trip - the views from the property in general was a highlight of the whole trip. The property was really well styled and functional - couldn’t have been more happy.

Nice and homey Apartment, I have a good sleeping every night and really feel comfortable. Everything is same as the pictures, Easy to go around the Oslo city by tram, supermarkets are nearby. Anna is really helpful, nice and kind.

Erlend was incredibly friendly and responsive making our check-in and stay very easy and enjoyable. The place is calm and nice, within a 25 minutes walk of city centre and right by a tram line

Good location, nice apartment! I spent the weekdays at Karin’s place. The apartment was clean and very welcoming. Kitchen has everything you’d need, and Karin helped out with whatever extra requests I had. It’s a very short walk to metro, bus and tram. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Alex was incredibly understanding and accommodating—he kindly allowed us to do a late check-in after our flight was delayed, and made the whole process super smooth with clear and helpful instructions. He even shared some great tips for exploring the area, which we really appreciated. The house itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right near the train station and in the heart of everything. Highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful view from the window. Very good location. On one side close to the center and on the other side a big park. If you come with a dog - this is a definite plus. Oscar is a very attentive owner. Quick to respond and always happy to help. The only drawback is the lack of parking directly under the house. But we got out of the situation. Just unloaded the car and then left it in the free parking lot that Oscar recommended. We had a wonderful time.

The place was easy to find, and although I arrived quite late, the host provided very clear check-in instructions. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Susanne's apartment in Grünerløkka was a complete success. The apartment is well equipped, well maintained and pleasantly furnished – everything was well prepared. We particularly liked the old building complex with the beautiful courtyard - quietly located and yet in the middle of a lively, charming neighborhood. Susanne was a wonderful hostess: friendly, helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. She explained everything well and asked if we needed anything else - that was very thoughtful. We were able to safely store our bicycles – another plus. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
