Holiday rentals with a pool in Freyung-Grafenau

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! It was a simple uncomplicated stay where everything just fit. Wonderful support, quick answers, always helpful and available. I was particularly impressed by the very tasteful and modern clean apartment and bathroom furnishings. The kitchen was really equipped with everything you need, super clean and neatly arranged. Even a dishwasher was available. The absolutely perfect holiday to unwind. We can only recommend it from the heart and will be happy to come back

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as specified, there was nothing missing. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We even got firewood for the cold days. Glad to come back, possibly in summer with the pool.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town, and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

The place is great! The maximum that can be made of an attic apartment. Everything was in top order, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing wrong with the accessibility. So, I'd come back anytime. Clear recommendation. Very nice and modern furnished apartment. We were a total of 2 Adults and 2 children. In terms of size, it was perfectly adequate for the number. The complex is a bit dated, but you won't notice it at all in the apartment. It is renovated and very well equipped. You can tell that someone has thought about the furnishings. We thought it was very good that there were enough sockets and numerous possibilities to hang clothes or towels. The beds were also really great! Check in was absolutely hassle-free. We received a very accurate description of where we had to go and where everything could be found and in general the communication was very pleasant. The complex is really great with children. There is a small swimming pool in the basement and a large playground outside, and the area also offers a lot of excursion possibilities. A clear recommendation from us!

Overall, everything was great. The rooms are well equipped. Normally, a tour of the buildings would have taken place for us. Unfortunately, a move from our host has delayed communication a little, so it didn't take place. Nevertheless, everything went well and there was always a response. However, if it turns out, we would book again, now we know more:)

Beautiful house with plenty of space in nature. No direct neighbors and with large property right by the forest.

A super renovated apartment in the Predigtstuhlresort with direct proximity to the sauna/swimming pool, so you hardly need the shower. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a pull-out sofa and a super comfortable bed gave us a relaxed extended weekend in the apartment. The apartment is highly recommended due to its location in the resort. Clear and fast communication made it easy to check in and out. Overall, as a family with a small child, we were very satisfied and are considering whether to stop by again.
