The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Enjoy a cozy stay at this peaceful and perfectly-located place. The small apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished including bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette & sitting area. The spacious balcony with great views of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest and over Waldkirchen invites you to linger (sunrise! ;) ). 4-minute walk to the heart of Waldkirchen with cafes, restaurants, Garhammer department store and much more. 5-minute walk to the Karoli pool, ice rink and outdoor pool.

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Eine eigene, schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Super ruhig und naturnah gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht vom geräumigen Südbalkon. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche und Badewanne. Wir lieben Tiere und haben daher Hühner, Enten und Katzen auf unserem Grundstück. Je nach Saison kriegt ihr bei uns auch Frisches aus dem Garten! 20 Min zum Nationalpark 6 Min zum Supermarkt 35 Min nach Passau

Welcome to our fantastic vacation paradise, unforgettable days in the cozy shepherd's wagon, right by the horse paddock. Here you can expect peace and pure nature, A luminous fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. A highlight is the outdoor bathtub, heated by a wood-burning stove. (No running water in case of frost) Surround yourself with warm water. A forest sauna is about 100 m away. A wooden hut can also be rented

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
