I highly recommend the Eastside Guesthouse and Bivy! Beautiful grounds, quiet, great common room for cooking, eating or just relaxing after a day of travel or adventure!

Loved staying here - the great outdoor spaces - hammocks, couches, firepit - were a terrific complement to the lovely indoor communal space with indoor fireplace. A great basecamp for an eastside sierra trip.

I loved how they reached out to me ahead of time to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a horrible experience at the place prior and they took extra care and attention to make sure I wasn’t going to have a repeat. The cutest place and I only wish I had more time to spend there. The surroundings in Bishop are just breathtaking. 360 views of different mountainous landscapes.

Loved this place for so many reasons. First: they were Pet a friendly so our baby can come along. Second: so many great places to eat that are walking distance. We enjoyed our stay we can’t wait to be back in January. The Bed was So so Comfy we had a great nights rest. No complaints here place was clean, cozy and great to crash the night. Will be booking again.

Armando is a great guy. Goodness the coffee he makes after he received you with a big smile. The entire place gives you a home feeling right away. The house with the view we had was the best one in a long time. The stove inside made it perfect! Thank you for all your kindness!

We had a last minute request to stay and the host’s response was quick and helpful and the place was adorable and super clean and cozy. It’s small, but it’s perfect for 1-2 people, especially if you’ll be out most of the time exploring. But even if you’re inside, the bed was so comfortable and the TV/Wifi worked well.
