Nicely prearranged, with the comforts of home (bed linens, pots and pans, dishes, heat/AC, deck, dock, BBQ and more). Please not the cottage has two bathrooms, but only one shower. The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. This cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Closest grocery store and LCBO are only 4 min drive from the cottage. Two restaurants within 5min, KM’s of beautiful hiking right at the back door of the cabin and a private deck over looking the lake.

Cozy Cabin on Lake Nipissing

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
