In addition, a newly renovated room in the basement with underfloor heating with space for 2. The home is centrally located with a short distance to the city, castle park and Esrum lake. Barbecue and pizza oven, as well as delicious lounge furniture on the large terrace. Walking distance from Fredensborg Castle and castle park. Swimming pool of 8x4x1.5 with salt water and heat pump for heating.

The 90 sqm guest house is a separate part of our house. We live in the rest of the house ourselves. So, Airbnb with a clear conscience. The guest accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large living room, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. Suitable for families with children, 2 couples on a trip, or business travelers, and anyone who would like to experience North Zealand's nature, castles, and museums, such as Louisiana and Simons Golf. Cozy house by forest and beach - perfect for relaxation. The house is not newly built or perfect – here and there you will find small flaws that testify to life and history. It may not be luxury, but it's cozy, homey and full of personality. We hope you'll feel as comfortable here as we do. Worth mentioning Walking distance to Louisiana and a short trip to Copenhagen by train or along the beautiful Strandvejen. Garden with trampoline and sun hooks. Dogs allowed - the forest just outside is a dog forest.

Family-friendly and stylish house in bright Nordic style with art, books and good atmosphere. Kitchen with all accessories, living room with sofa bed and patio access as well as a toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. I use one room (not shown) for my personal affairs. 2 Beds = 180x200 cm. Suitable for a family of 2 adults and 1-2 children or 3 adults. Located in a quiet area - important to take into account neighbors in relation to noise, etc. No parties allowed.

The house is very central to village, 8 mins walk from train station, 45 mins by train from Copenhagen Airport, 30 mins by car to CPH, in the countryside, but only a short walk to: beaches, forest, bakery, shops & supermarkets, restaurants (pizzaria, gourmet: "Sletten" in the old harbour) cafe's and cinema. Easy walking to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Karen Blixen Museum (Rungsted), close to Kronborg and Fredensborg castle (The Queens summer residence) or go by ferry to Sweden on a daytrip.

Welcome to our holiday haven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views while you make yourself at home with all of the modern amenities that you need. The master bedroom opens up to a terrasse overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two kids rooms and an extra bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all including a shower. There is a spacious private beach with a private bathing jetty and furniture for dining, lounging and enjoying your day at the waters edge.

Sunny villa close to the beach & forest

The house is perfect for a couple or a family of 4/5 (a baby as an extra) The garden has lots of good spots for relaxation and sun bathing. For kids we Swings & a playhouse. And of course there is a barbecue. There is also a pizza oven when it’s summer. The house is close to the station, and Copenhagen is only 30-40 min away by train. The beach and the forest is really near. Espergærde has one of the best beaches. We have a SUP board you can rent.

Super nice and bright little fisherman's house with a unique location opposite the cozy harbor in Sletten, Humlebæk. The place is idyllic with thatched houses and farm roses. The house is located 50m from the harbor and 200m to the nearest beach. Restaurant Sletten and a small popular fish shop are located at the harbor. In addition, it is about 2 km to Louisiana and direct train connection from Humlebæk to Helsingør (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min).

The house is light and airy and a colourful version of the Scandinavian style :) We have three boys under 11 so there are an abundance of toys both indoors and outdoors.
