Back again for our second visit we just loved it that much! Perfect location for the beach, only a 5 minute walk. The house is bright and airy, clean and homely. Fantastic stay yet again - we’ll be back again next year no doubt! Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Could not have asked for a better staycation! Betty had everything we needed and more. Whilst we had the most amazing time in Betty, we also had a fantastic time on the curated ‘kissing gate walk’ which allowed us to explore the beautiful countryside around Betty!

We missed the turning for the house the first time we went past so make sure you drive slowly around the lanes! Hosts (Lynette and her husband) met us at the house and gave us a tour. They helped us organise the private chef prior to the stay, really recommend Chef Gary, very reasonably priced and good food! House was clean and tidy. Breakfast bits and spare towels for the hot tub were provided. Hot tub turned on prior to us arriving which was really handy. We used the house more as a base as we spent the whole of Saturday out at the New Forest so unfortunately didn't get to make use of the golf or tennis. There are rules/expectations for checking out but this was clearly explained on the listing. There are quite a few rules compared to other airbnbs we've stayed at, but as there is a lot of white, marble, mirrored furniture, this does make sense and the house is super clean. Again this is all in the listing. Really recommend the stay, beautiful house in great location.

Lovely peaceful weekend away. The place was very clean and beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Both lulu and russ were very welcoming and helpful. We used the hot tub on the Saturday and would recommend booking this. The location is great - very peaceful and a 5min drive from the beach and pubs in walking distance. We look forward to returning!

We spent a lovely long weekend in the house catching up with friends. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and the room with twin beds was perfect for our 7 year olds. There is a patch of grass to play on, but by where you park the cars, not next to the house. Wasn’t a problem for us as we went out during the day, but in case that’s a necessity for you.

The most gorgeous cottage in stunning surroundings! We have had a wonderful 4 nights here exploring the island. The local pub was great and the village store at Brighstone so handy! The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Thank you!

A gorgeous little spot to enjoy the peace and calm and incredible countryside views. Very cosy with everything we could possibly need, and the lovely Caroline couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful!

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful large pond to have a walk around and the charlet was perfect. Felt like a little home from home. If I could give any feedback, it would be to upgrade the sofa bed mattress, this had been well worn and would need replacing but other than that, it was amazing

A wonderful cottage with beautiful sea / creek views well provided for with everything we needed warm and comfortable, very easy to get everywhere, Lindy was very helpful with our stay, would certainly stay again. This was first time l have used Airbnb and will use them again

Wonderful accommodation! We could not have been happier with the home. It was charming right down to the details. Thoughtfulness planning went into it—right down to the step stool so my toddler could reach the bathroom sink, and the emergency torches that also served as nightlights. The host was great, especially with our last minute reservation! My nine year old said, “This feels like Christmas morning!” as she walked through the beautiful home. Now my only problem is that my kids want me to buy a nicer house, haha. If we are fortunate enough k travel this way again we will definitely book this place again!

Lovely cottage in a great area of the island. Marion was a perfect host with good communication. It’s our 13th year on the island and we’ve stayed all over, but Bembridge is a beautiful part of the island. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped - exactly what you need in a holiday home. Can highly recommend the butchers for the sausage rolls & the bakers for the bread, pastries & cakes - delicious!

A brilliant last minute find, booked on to Bibis place the day before to escape London for the BH. The shack is a small but warm and welcome and immaculately kept place within walking distance of the beaches which aren’t crowded at all. Bibi has a guide of recommended places to eat and drink in the local area which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at the shack if you want a bit of peace and quiet.

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had such a lovely stay at Linda’s place! Even before the trip, communication was super quick, friendly, and accommodating. Linda went out of her way to answer all our questions and offer tips for the area—and kindly offered us an early check-in, which was really appreciated. The welcome goodies (and the cute stickers for the boys!) were such a thoughtful touch. The bungalow itself was perfect for our trip—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We even met Linda’s partner Keith on the way out, who was just as lovely—really friendly and chatty. Thank you, Linda, for a wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

We stayed here as a family for a special birthday treat. The pool was fantastic and clean, and kids loved it! House was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows! The house is a bit tired in places but doesn't affect a short stay. None of the tv's work, no signal at all so seemed strange to have 4. This was the first air bnb we have stayed in where there wasnt a few tea bags to start us off, and the first time we didnt bring any - as you can tell, only small issues. Overall, a fabulous stay - would recommend!

Had a fab stay at the Pear Store, very cute, and in pristine condition. We had a slight hiccup in that the fridge was turned off which we didn’t realise until the following morning, but Helen was quick to apologise and guide me to where the plug socket was, and only one food item was affected. All in all it was fab, and I would definitely stay there again!
