I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

L'Atelier: small house with beautiful view.

Cet ancien atelier, entièrement rénové, est devenu une jolie petite maison accueillante. Située à deux pas du bourg, dans une impasse, au calme, elle dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Rénovée dans le style industriel pour conserver son origine, elle propose une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bain avec douche, une pièce à vivre et une chambre cosy à l' étage. Une petite terrasse vous permettra de profiter de la vue. Parking gratuit devant la maison. Un vrai havre de paix !

L'Échoppe - Old world charm & 2025 design

Charmant nid douillet au cœur d’Aubusson, dans une ancienne échoppe médiévale. Au début du 20e siècle, elle est occupée par un cordonnier. Entièrement rénovée avec goût en 2025 elle offre à ses occupants de passage confort et décoration haut de gamme. Cuisine équipée, salon cosy, grand écran plat, chambre confortable avec lit queen size, linge de salle d'eau et draps fournis, produits d'accueil. Parfait pour un séjour chaleureux dans la capitale de la tapisserie que vous visiterez à pied.

Le Mas des Sens - Charming cottage -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

Mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Maupuy site. The high school is also a one-minute walk away.

I make my personal home available during my absences: a simple, warm place, with a large garden and everything you need for a relaxing or creative stay. The house is 15 minutes from Aubusson, 30 minutes from the lakes of Lavaud-Gelade and Vassivière, and is surrounded by trails for walking, running or dreaming.
