Ash's place was very comfortable for our group with gorgeous views of the lake and snow covered mountains. It was easily walkable into Queenstown via the lakeside track. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Queenstown.

This property is at a beautiful location, sitting right in front of the stunning Wakatipu Lake. If you're seeking a peaceful and cozy retreat with your family, I highly recommend this wonderful getaway. On top of it , property was absolutely clean and all necessarily arrangement was in place.

The property at Esplanade Haven 4 was a perfect place to enjoy Queenstown. The property is directly across the road from the lake and a flat 500m walk to the centre of Queenstown. The top floor has 3 ample size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the ground floor has a large size kitchen / dining and lounge.

Perfect in-town location, great views, comfortable accommodation.

Good accommodation in a good location for our family of 5. Walking distance / short drive to town and good location for being able to get to the ski slopes. Ged was always helpful and responsive. We had a great holiday.

We had the most incredible stay at Victoria’s space! The smell from the fresh florals was such a unique and wonderful touch. The space was designed so well and the views of the mountains and the lake are just breath taking. It’s across the street from the most incredible restaurant that Victoria suggested (The Sherwood) and we ended up going back 2 nights in a row to try everything on the menu. The proximity from town is great, you can walk if you are feeling like some exercise or it’s a quick 5 min drive/ uber. We also enjoyed an afternoon swimming off the dock in the refreshing waters of the lake. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Beautiful stay with great views. My family and I really enjoyed the stay and really appreciated all the details and thought that went into designing the place. In particular, we really liked the fact there were hangers and space to put our luggage and clothes. Convenient ports to charge our devices and the place was absolutely clean and stunning. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Of course! Here’s the revised review with “near 360-degree”: We had an amazing stay at Joe’s home! The house is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. One of the highlights was the upstairs hangout space, which offers near 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect, right next to a walking trail, making it easy to get outside and enjoy nature. The sunsets and sunrises here are breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place. Location was great, kitchen is well equipped. Host is friendly. The only thing is people from the street can seeing through the living room. But everything else is wonderful!

we had an excellent stay at the Bay House. everything is as pictured— beautiful furnishings, spacious, super clean, uncluttered. the location also cannot be beat with the lake just across the road and an easy walk into town. there was plenty of room for the three of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy after going on rainy/muddy hikes. it was rainy a few days during our visit to Queenstown but we did not mind spending time indoors at this home playing board games and reading. highly highly recommend!

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.
