Incredible 3 bedroom River Paradise! Amazing three bedroom, 2500 sq. ft home with a wrap- around deck overlooking the river with breathtaking views. The home is stunning with an enormous living room and bedroom suite. Nestled in the woods on 7 acres, you will feel as if you are in a tree house! There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

Charming apartment located on an exquisite equestrian estate. Drive up the 1/4 mile winding drive way lined with 100 year old camellias and azaleas to relaxation station. For those looking to explore nature there are trails cut out on the side and two ponds if you choose to walk around. There is also a creek that wraps the back half of this tranquil property. If you want to get out we are only 12-15 minutes away from downtown Covington. Where you can shop, eat, bike, & explore the city.

Little lodge

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

What a magical home nestled on top of the hillside on a beautiful farm and nursery in the countryside of Mississippi. Come relax in the jetted tub, grill out on our deck, or spend your night outside by a fire! Our farm and nursery has more than 25 acres of trails, creeks, and nature to explore! The owners of this home are both Landscape Architects so you will have views of their lovely growing fields and their creation of Stonehedge, a replica of what Stonehenge looked like out of plants!

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond (seasonally the pond is shallow and less visible) with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge. This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen!
