We have stayed here twice and it was great both times. We feel right at home. We love sitting on the front upstairs porch in the mornings and evenings. The inside is very nice and comfortable and has everything we need. It's a great location to walk down to the marina for lunch or dinner and to rent a boat. However, it is far enough away that you don't feel crowded by the busyness of the marina.

Jacob’s place is your home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is modern and attractive. The beds/bedding are very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen is well-stocked. This home includes a golf cart which makes it convenient to cruise through the neighborhood on your way to the pool or lake. Jacob is a gracious host who is very friendly and responsive to all of your needs. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the relaxing get away!

Lane's place was a great stay for us! My husband, daughter and her husband, and my brother and his wife each had a room with a room to spare! All said they slept well. The 2 extra half baths are handy. It was easy to find and get in. Pictures are accurate. Bathrooms are great and we had everything we needed. We were able to get one small suv in the garage and park a Sprinter van and 3rd car in the driveway. Lane is very responsive and quick to answer questions. Lovely place!

Waterfront Oasis On Tims Ford Lake: Pool/Kayak!

Linda’s house on the Lake was one of the best. Linda herself went out of her way to make sure we felt at home and added things to kitchen that would accommodate our very late check in with kids. She also had kayaks and a paddle board to use out on the lake which my kids thought was the best part. We felt the house was very clean and yet had everything we needed for a group of 7. Tons of extra towels and bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. And she had a book that had all sorts of recommendations and extra information. Then on top of that she was fabulous at communicating and checking in if there was anything else we needed.
