BigSkyHilltop: Queen & single bed, full breakfast

DonnaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Loved our stay! Just a quick weekend getaway for a friend and me and it was perfect for that. The yard is incredibly peaceful, filled with birds and a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable, and Josette’s breakfast was a delicious start to the day. We would love to come back again.

Country Luxury in the Heart of the Berkshires

RyanRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Jim and Michelle were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their home is the perfect location tucked away in the countryside. Enjoying coffee and breakfast with Michelle on Sunday and their super friendly dog, Darby, was such a pleasant treat. Would love to come back more and explore the area. One thing to note, if you have Verizon you'll be off the grid here because cell service is sparse - but that's probably the best way to fully immerse yourself in the property and truly enjoy it!

North Street Nest, sunny downtown apartment

RoyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved Susan's apartment from the moment we walked in. As described, it is indeed a sunny place. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. What really stood out though were the thoughtful details. The little nightlight in the bathroom with a cute nightshade, the personal reading light on the bed, the different weight blankets for different temperatures, the poems in the living room and everything we needed in the kitchen. We easily walked into Northampton for great food and coffee and it's easy to drive to Amherst. This is also the first time we visited the Flayvors of Cook Farm shop to try their handmade ice cream...and it was amazing. We'd definitely stay in Susan's place again and hope to do so!

Lovely bedroom in Amherst. Close to U Mass

BonnieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had a wonderful stay in Carolyn's clean and well-located home. The bedroom was very clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and Carolyn has given thought to all the things that make a stay comfortable. I appreciated that she made up a separate bed for my daughter. Carolyn is a lovely host.

The Blue Room at the Norton Hill BnB

ThomasRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Yohah's B&B was the ideal: a beautiful restored home with a fascinating history; an engaged, progressive small community that cares about its residents; a farmer's market, antiques store, a one-of-a-kind hardware store; nine cemeteries (1700's); and a kind, gracious host whose own stories were an important part of the visit to Ashfield. Nearby areas--Northhampton, Shelburne Falls--are well worth a visit.

The Red Room at the Norton Hill BnB

JaneRating, 5 stars11 months ago
My family and I visited for my nephew’s graduation from UMASS Amherst (which was a 30 min drive away through lovely countryside). Yohah has created a beautiful and unforgettable Airbnb experience in this large historic home: Colorful, clean, nuanced with antiques, a library of interesting content, and other special details. We had lovely conversations about the history of the town, his art and work (he is an accomplished artist in addition to his work as a hospital chaplain). And he treated us to the most delicious and healthy breakfasts. He was so helpful at directing us to local spots. This place would be a prime spot for artists or writers looking to have their own retreat to work on their craft in a peaceful and serene setting. We look forward to someday returning! Many Thanks, Yohah!

The House on the Hill with the View of Yesteryear

KimberlyRating, 5 stars56 months ago
We very much enjoyed our stay with Rebecca and her family. They have developed great COVID protocols and we appreciated the friendly and helpful physically distanced conversations we had. We also enjoyed that our summer stay included delicious produce and breakfast fixings, much of it apparently derived right from the property. The 3rd floor walk-up was cozy and quaint: comfortably appointed with farmhouse furnishings, adjoining bathrooms, and a kitchenette. A ground floor LR was accessible which provided more room for playing games and relaxing. The listing is accurate and the location is beautiful and quiet -- just be aware that you are a distance from towns with extra amenities (like restaurants, coffee shops, etc.). It was great for us because we were rafting with Zoar, which was an easy 10-15 minute drive.

The Yellow Room at the Norton Hill BnB

JaneRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Yohah was an exemplary host—generous, gracious, kind-hearted, extremely knowledgeable about the interesting history of Ashfield. Hi artistry and love of antiques and beautiful, meaningful art was evident in the way he decorated this charming B+B. The colorful rooms were uplifting and beautifully presented. His breakfast menu of delicious coffee and omelettes made from farm fresh/local eggs and produce were divine. My family and I were so pleased here and would definitely come again! We are grateful for a wonderful experience. Thank you, Yohah!

King bed suite, full breakfast, five stars

OliviaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Enjoyed our stay at Jane and Karl’s - GPS takes you right to the house and Jane ensured she was home at the time of our arrival to let us in and show us around. Inside the main house entrance, the room is then part of an attached suite with its own breakfast space, bathroom, bedroom/living space and private screened in porch with views of the wooded property, so it felt cozy and private. We travel with a white noise machine just in case but didn’t need to use it because it was nice and quiet/dark overnight. Comfy bed, cozy couch/table area with plenty of room, nice bathroom with bonus heater and heated towel rack. Jane and Karl served us a delicious breakfast of omelettes and potatoes, fruit, yogurt, and lemon cake, and tea and coffee (Keurig) are available for use. We’d definitely stay again when we visit the area.
