Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Franklin County

Been there several times, love the location to everything. Maybe put some decaf coffee and regular tea bags in the room.

We loved the decor. Very peaceful setting and nostalgic. The location is perfect. Right across the street from our favorite places to go. Nice air conditioner. Love the shower decor. Everything was in order , clean, easily accessible. Definitely worth the stay.

Place was as described and easy to find. Hotel management right across the street and we were able to check in early. Cart available to bring everything up and access to the room was easy. Super convenient location and within walking distance of everything. Beach access steps outside the hotel. Room was very large and set up nicely. All rooms have private balcony which we enjoyed. My only complaint would be the super slow WiFi. This would not keep us from staying here again as we plan to return to SGI and stay at this hotel. Just putting in the review as it might be important to some guests. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Monica’s place is perfect for a stay In Appalachicola. The location is ideal for those coming to explore all Downtown Appalachicola has to offer. Near many restaurants and shops, you can not find a better place to stay. The room is spacious, clean and well stocked. We will definitely make sure to book Monica’s place the next time we are visiting Appalachicola.

Not to be negative, but we couldn’t figure out how to watch the TV—no instructions on what channels were or were not available—eg. , couldn’t find live TV channels, which of the two remotes to use, etc. Need some basic instructions. Also maybe some cheap paper plates would be nice. The earlier than scheduled check-in was great. Thanks!

This was a great place to stay. The building and the room was amazing. The furniture and decorations were very well chosen and made it such a cool experience. Within walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Apalachicola.

Perfect location for a low key and peaceful getaway. Very comfortable accommodations. Beautiful sunrises AND sunsets right on the water. We will definitely be back.
