This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.

The house is located next to the forest, on the top of the village. The area is nice, calm and relaxing. The indoor design and furnishing is homy and comfortable. You should try the private sauna or if the outdoor equipment, as well. The host is very friendly and is ready to help you.

Everything was great. We stayed as a family for one night. We were met, given recommendations for interesting places, they were kind. The apartment is clean, everything matches the photos, it was comfortable, the bathroom needs a little renovation, but it is exactly as in the photos and it works perfectly. The apartment has everything you need. It was nice to spend time on a small, cozy balcony. There is an elevator, free parking near the house. Unfortunately, we did not manage to see Maribor, because we only had the evening and we were very tired after a long journey, so I do not know how far the city center is from the apartment and how easy it is to get there. But we liked everything about the apartment and the host. We will definitely book this apartment again if we are in Maribor.

Tim is the best host I've ever had. He is very friendly & accommodating. My train was delayed on arrival & he picked me up by car at the train station and drove me to the property. Check-in was also flexible, thank you very much. The place was very great, I felt right at home. If you want, Tim has a lot of tips for Maribor. The location of the accommodation is perfect, 10-15' walk from the old town, along the beautiful Drava. It is quiet and you even have a small garden. If I am back in Maribor, I would book his place again right away. Thank you :)
